Renee Brack, Executive Director for Ennoble Care in Georgia, is a highly accomplished healthcare professional. With expertise in primary care and patient management, she delivers comprehensive care to all ages, including geriatric patients in assisted living facilities. Renee’s strong background ensures efficient and compassionate healthcare delivery. She holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of North Carolina and a Master’s in Nursing from Georgetown University.

With a decade of hospital experience, Roshni excels in diagnosing and treating patients with complex medical conditions. Her expertise lies in managing acute and chronic illnesses in adults and geriatric populations. Roshni’s enthusiasm for serving her community makes her a valuable addition to the Ennoble Care team. She holds a Bachelor’s in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University.

Tom completed his MD at the Robert Johnson Medical School (UMDNJ) and holds a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Cornell University. He is the esteemed Hospice Medical Director and clinical leader at Ennoble Care. With board certification in Family Medicine, Tom offers invaluable expertise in clinical direction, chart review, provider training, and technological enhancements. His diverse background includes operating his mobile primary care practice, Phoenix Housecalls, before merging with Ennoble Care.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Gil is a skilled and board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine. Known for his excellent assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient care, Gil brings valuable skills to Ennoble Care. He is passionate about delivering quality primary care to patients in their homes and is excited to serve his community. Gil holds an Undergraduate degree in nursing from Brooklyn College and completed his medical degree at the Universidad Del Noreste School of Medicine, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
